Common use of Disclosure Pursuant to Authorization Clause in Contracts

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, McKesson reserves the right at its sole discretion to disclose an Individual’s PHI in response to and in accordance with a valid authorization executed by such individual that meets the requirements set forth in the Privacy Rule.
