Disclosure Required by Law. If the Recipient is required by law to disclose the Discloser’s Confidential Information: (a) the Recipient will promptly give the Discloser written notice specifying the legal requirement and the Confidential Information to be disclosed; and (b) the Recipient will use best endeavours to arrange for disclosure of the relevant Confidential Information in a manner which safeguards the confidentiality of the information disclosed.
