Disclosure Restrictions. To the extent CAT Reporting Agent receives nonpublic, proprietary or confidential information from CATLLC that is marked as such, CAT Reporting Agent shall not disclose or use such nonpublic, proprietary or confidential information unless such disclosure or use is required to meet its reporting obligations or is otherwise required by applicable law.
