Common use of Disclosure Right Clause in Contracts

Disclosure Right. Licensee hereby grants MPP the right to disclose its contact information to Shionogi or an MPP Licensee for the fulfilment of this Section 4 (Disclosure Right). Licensee shall receive reciprocal information of other MPP Licensees to the extent that the Disclosure Right has been similarly granted by such MPP Licensees.
