Common use of Disclosure Rights Clause in Contracts

Disclosure Rights. The Company shall have no duty or obligation to affirmatively disclose to the Participant or a Representative, and the Participant or Representative shall have no right to be advised of, any material information regarding the Company or an Affiliate at any time prior to, upon or in connection with the exercise of an Option.
