Disclosure Rights. You agree that in the event any law enforcement agency or governmental agency requests information on you or your rental history, we may provide it to them without further notice to you. WAIVER: Waiver of compliance of any of the provisions by the Landlord herein does not constitute a waiver of any portion of any provision contained herein. The failure to insist on strict performance of any of the conditions of this lease or to exercise any options given to Landlord shall not be considered as a waiver or relinquishment of any of the rights contained herein.
