Common use of Disclosure Schedule and Documents Clause in Contracts

Disclosure Schedule and Documents. All written data, documents, materials and information referred to in this Agreement and delivered by Shelby County, SCSB or either of the Subsidiaries pursuant to or in connection with the Disclosure Schedule are true, accurate and complete in all material respects as of the date hereof and, with respect to such items delivered subsequent to the date hereof or with any update to the Disclosure Schedule, will be true, accurate and complete in all material respects on the date of delivery thereof.
