Common use of Disclosure to Agents and Subcontractors Clause in Contracts

Disclosure to Agents and Subcontractors. If Business Associate discloses PHI received from Covered Entity, or created or received by Business Associate on behalf of Covered Entity, to agents, expert witnesses, consultants, or subcontractors, Business Associate shall require such persons to agree to the same restrictions and conditions as apply to Business Associate under this Agreement.
