Disclosure to certain financial institutions. Nothing in this Clause 18 shall restrict the ability of a Shareholder to disclose to any financial institutions with a view to obtaining funds to it in relation to its shareholding in the Company such information concerning the Company and the contents of this Agreement as such Shareholder shall reasonably consider necessary and appropriate.
