Common use of Disclosure to Future Employers Clause in Contracts

Disclosure to Future Employers. You agree that you will provide, and that the Company may similarly provide in its discretion, a copy of the covenants contained in Sections 1, 2 and 3 of this Agreement to any business or enterprise which you may directly, or indirectly, own, manage, operate, finance, join, control or in which you participate in the ownership, management, operation, financing, or control, or with which you may be connected as an officer, director, employee, partner, principal, agent, representative, consultant or otherwise.

Disclosure to Future Employers. You agree that that, if reasonably relevant, you will provide, and that the Company may similarly provide in its discretion, a copy of the acknowledgments and covenants contained in Sections 12, 2 3, 4 and 3 5 of this Agreement to any business or enterprise which you may directly, or indirectly, own, manage, operate, finance, join, control or in which you participate in the ownership, management, operation, financing, control or controlcontrol of, or with which you may be connected as an officer, director, employee, partner, principal, agent, representative, consultant or otherwise.

Disclosure to Future Employers. You agree that you will provide, and that the Company may similarly provide Company, in its discretion, may similarly provide, a copy of the covenants contained in Sections 1, 2 and 3 Section 5 of this Agreement and a copy of the Proprietary Agreement to any business or enterprise which you may directlymay, directly or indirectly, own, manage, operate, finance, join, control or in which you may participate in the ownership, management, operation, financing, financing or control, or with which you may be connected as an officer, director, employee, partner, principal, agent, representative, consultant or otherwise.

Disclosure to Future Employers. You agree that you will provide, and that the Company may similarly provide in its discretion, a copy of the covenants contained in Sections 18, 2 9 and 3 10 of this Agreement to any business or enterprise which you may directly, or indirectly, own, manage, operate, finance, join, control or in which you participate in through the ownership, management, operation, financing, or control, or with which you may be connected as an officer, director, employee, partner, principal, agent, representative, consultant or otherwise.

Disclosure to Future Employers. You agree that you will provide, and that the Company may similarly provide Company, in its discretion, may similarly provide, a copy of the covenants contained in Sections 12, 2 3, 5 and 3 6 of this Agreement to any business or enterprise which you may directly, directly or indirectly, indirectly own, manage, operate, finance, join, control or in which you may participate in the ownership, management, operation, financing, or control, or with which you may be connected as an officer, director, employee, partner, principal, agent, representative, consultant or otherwise.

Disclosure to Future Employers. You agree that you will shall provide, and that the Company may similarly provide Company, in its discretion, may similarly provide, a copy of the covenants contained in Sections 1, 2 and 3 of this Agreement or specific covenants herein to any business or enterprise which you may directly, directly or indirectly, indirectly own, manage, operate, finance, join, control or in which you may participate in the ownership, management, operation, financing, or control, or with which you may be connected as an officer, director, employee, partner, principal, agent, representative, consultant or otherwise.

Disclosure to Future Employers. You agree that you will provide, and that the Company may similarly provide in its discretion, a copy of the covenants contained in Sections 1, 2 and 3 Section 5 of this Agreement and the covenants contained in the Confidentiality Agreement to any business or enterprise which you may directly, or indirectly, own, manage, operate, finance, join, control or in which you participate in the ownership, management, operation, financing, or control, or with which you may be connected as an officer, director, employee, partner, principal, agent, representative, consultant or otherwise.

You agree that you will provide, and that the Company may similarly provide in its discretion, a copy of the covenants contained in Sections 14, 2 5 and 3 6 of this Agreement to any business or enterprise which you may directly, or indirectly, own, manage, operate, finance, join, control or in which you participate in the ownership, management, operation, financing, financing or control, or with which you may be connected as an officer, director, employee, partner, principal, agent, representative, consultant or otherwise.

You agree that you will provide, and that the Company may similarly provide Company, in its discretion, may similarly provide, a copy of the covenants contained in Sections 1, 2 5,6 and 3 7 of this Agreement to any business or enterprise which you may directlymay, directly or indirectly, own, manage, operate, finance, join, control or in which you may participate in the ownership, management, operation, financing, or control, or with which you may be connected as an officer, director, employee, partner, principal, agent, representative, consultant or otherwise.

You agree that you will provide, and that the Company may similarly provide in its discretion, a copy of the covenants contained in Sections 1, 2 and 3 any part or all of this Agreement to any business or enterprise which you may directly, or indirectly, own, manage, operate, finance, join, control or in which you participate in the ownership, management, operation, financing, or control, or with which you may be connected as an officer, director, employee, partner, principal, agent, representative, consultant or otherwise.

You agree that you will provide, and that the Company may similarly provide in its discretion, a copy of the covenants contained in Sections 1, 1 and 2 and 3 of this Agreement to any business or enterprise which you may directly, or indirectly, own, manage, operate, finance, join, control or in which you participate in the ownership, management, operation, financing, or control, or with which you may be connected as an officer, director, employee, partner, principal, agent, representative, consultant or otherwise.

You agree that you will provide, and that the Company may similarly provide in its discretion, a copy of the covenants contained in Sections 1, 2 2, 3 and 3 4 of this Agreement to any business or enterprise which you may directly, or indirectly, own, manage, operate, finance, join, control or in which you participate in the ownership, management, operation, financing, or control, or with which you may be connected as an officer, director, employee, partner, principal, agent, representative, consultant or otherwise.

Disclosure to Future Employers. Disclosure to Future Employers. You agree that you will provide, and that the Company may similarly provide in its discretion, a copy of the covenants contained in Sections 14, 2 5 and 3 6 of this Agreement to any business or enterprise which you may directly, or indirectly, own, manage, operate, finance, join, control or in which you participate in the ownership, management, operation, financing, or control, or with which you may be connected as an officer, director, employee, partner, principal, agent, representative, consultant or otherwise.

Disclosure to Future Employers. You agree that you will providemay provide if reasonably necessary, and that the Company may similarly provide in its discretion, a copy of the acknowledgments and covenants contained in Sections 12, 2 3, 4 and 3 5 of this Agreement to any business or enterprise which you or the Company, as applicable, may directly, or indirectly, own, manage, operate, finance, join, control or in which you participate in the ownership, management, operation, financing, control or controlcontrol of, or with which you or the Company, as applicable, may be connected have a relationship with as an officer, director, employee, partner, principal, agent, representative, consultant or otherwise.

Disclosure to Future Employers. You agree that you will provide, and that the Company may similarly provide in its discretion, a copy of the covenants contained in Sections 15, 2 6 and 3 7 of this Agreement to any business or enterprise which you may directly, or indirectly, own, manage, operate, finance, join, control or in which you participate in the ownership, management, operation, financing, or control, or with which you may be connected as an officer, director, employee, partner, principal, agent, representative, consultant or otherwise.

Disclosure to Future Employers. You agree that you will provide, provide and that the Company company may similarly provide provide, in its discretion, a copy of the covenants contained in Sections 1, 2 5 and 3 of this Agreement 9 above to any business or enterprise Competitive Business which you may directly, directly or indirectly, indirectly own, manage, operate, finance, join, control or in which you participate in the ownership, management, operation, financing, or control, or with which you may be connected as an officer, director, employee, partner, principal, agent, representative, consultant or otherwise.

Disclosure to Future Employers. You agree that you will provide, provide and that the Company may similarly provide in its discretion, a copy of the covenants contained in Sections 1, 2 and 3 Section 6 of this Agreement and the covenants contained in the Confidentiality Agreement to any business or enterprise which you may directly, or indirectly, own, manage, operate, finance, join, control or in which you participate in the ownership, management, operation, financing, financing or control, or with which you may be connected as an officer, director, employee, partner, principal, agent, representative, consultant or otherwise.

You agree that you will provide, and that the Company may similarly provide Company, in its discretion, may similarly provide, a copy of the covenants contained in Sections 1, 2 6 and 3 7 of this Agreement to any business or enterprise which you may directlymay, directly or indirectly, own, manage, operate, finance, join, control or in which you may participate in the ownership, management, operation, financing, or control, or with which you may be connected as an officer, director, employee, partner, principal, agent, representative, consultant or otherwise.
