Common use of Disclosure to Future Employers Clause in Contracts

Disclosure to Future Employers. The Company may provide in its discretion, a copy of the covenants contained in Sections 5 and 6 of this Agreement to any business or enterprise which Executive may directly, or indirectly, own, manage, operate, finance, join, control or in which Executive participates in the ownership, management, operation, financing, or control, or with which Executive may be connected as an officer, director, employee, partner, principal, agent, representative, consultant or otherwise.

Disclosure to Future Employers. The Company may provide You will provide, and the Company, in its discretion, may similarly provide, a copy of the covenants contained in Sections 5 the Employee Noncompetition, Confidentiality and 6 of this Inventions Agreement to any business or enterprise which Executive may directlyyou may, directly or indirectly, own, manage, operate, finance, join, control or in which Executive participates you may participate in the ownership, management, operation, financing, or control, or with which Executive you may be connected as an officer, director, employee, partner, principal, agent, representative, consultant or otherwise.

The Company may provide You will provide, and the Company, in its discretion, may similarly provide, a copy of the covenants contained in Sections Section 5 and 6 of this Agreement and a copy of the Proprietary Agreement to any business or enterprise which Executive may directlyyou may, directly or indirectly, own, manage, operate, finance, join, control or in which Executive participates you may participate in the ownership, management, operation, financing, financing or control, or with which Executive you may be connected as an officer, director, employee, partner, principal, agent, representative, consultant or otherwise.

The Company may provide You will provide, and the Company, in its discretion, may similarly provide, a copy of the covenants contained in Sections 5 5, 6 and 6 7 of this Agreement to any business or enterprise which Executive may directlyyou may, directly or indirectly, own, manage, operate, finance, join, control or in which Executive participates you may participate in the ownership, management, operation, financing, or control, or with which Executive you may be connected as an officer, director, employee, partner, principal, agent, representative, consultant or otherwise.

The Company may provide You shall provide, and Company, in its discretion, may similarly provide, a copy of the covenants contained in Sections 5 and 6 of this Agreement or specific covenants herein to any business or enterprise which Executive you may directly, directly or indirectly, indirectly own, manage, operate, finance, join, control or in which Executive participates you may participate in the ownership, management, operation, financing, or control, or with which Executive you may be connected as an officer, director, employee, partner, principal, agent, representative, consultant or otherwise.

The Company may provide You will provide, and the Company, in its discretion, may similarly provide, a copy of the covenants contained in Sections 5 5,6 and 6 7 of this Agreement to any business or enterprise which Executive may directlyyou may, directly or indirectly, own, manage, operate, finance, join, control or in which Executive participates you may participate in the ownership, management, operation, financing, or control, or with which Executive you may be connected as an officer, director, employee, partner, principal, agent, representative, consultant or otherwise.

The You agree that the Company may provide in its discretion, a copy of the covenants contained in Sections 5 1, 2, 3 and 6 4 of this Agreement to any business or enterprise which Executive you may directly, or indirectly, own, manage, operate, finance, join, control or in which Executive participates you participate in the ownership, management, operation, financing, or control, or with which Executive you may be connected as an officer, director, employee, partner, principal, agent, representative, consultant or otherwise.

Disclosure to Future Employers. The Company may provide Executive shall provide, and the Company, in its discretion, may similarly provide, a copy of the covenants contained in Sections 5 Section 8 and 6 Section 9 of this Agreement to any competitive business or enterprise which the Executive may directlymay, directly or indirectly, own, manage, operate, finance, join, control or in which the Executive participates may participate in the ownership, management, operation, financing, or control, or with which the Executive may be connected as an officer, director, employee, partner, principal, agent, representative, consultant or otherwise.
