Common use of Disclosure to Future Employers Clause in Contracts

Disclosure to Future Employers. You agree that, if reasonably relevant, you will provide, and that the Company may similarly provide in its discretion, a copy of the acknowledgments and covenants contained in Sections 2, 3, 4 and 5 of this Agreement to any business or enterprise which you may directly, or indirectly, own, manage, operate, finance, join, control or participate in the ownership, management, operation, financing, control or control of, or with which you may be connected as an officer, director, employee, partner, principal, agent, representative, consultant or otherwise.

Disclosure to Future Employers. You agree that, if reasonably relevant, you will provide, and that the Company may similarly provide Company, in its discretion, may similarly provide, a copy of the acknowledgments and covenants contained in Sections 2the Employee Noncompetition, 3Nonsolicitation, 4 Confidentiality and 5 of this Inventions Agreement to any business or enterprise which you may directlymay, directly or indirectly, own, manage, operate, finance, join, control or in which you may participate in the ownership, management, operation, financing, control or control ofcontrol, or with which you may be connected as an officer, director, employee, partner, principal, agent, representative, consultant or otherwise.

You agree that, if reasonably relevant, that you will provide, and that the Company may similarly provide in its discretion, a copy of the acknowledgments and covenants contained in Sections 21, 3, 4 2 and 5 3 of this Agreement to any business or enterprise which you may directly, or indirectly, own, manage, operate, finance, join, control or in which you participate in the ownership, management, operation, financing, control financing or control ofcontrol, or with which you may be connected as an officer, director, employee, partner, principal, agent, representative, consultant or otherwise.

You agree that, if reasonably relevant, that you will provide, and that the Company may similarly provide Company, in its discretion, may similarly provide, a copy of the acknowledgments and covenants contained in Sections 2, 3, 4 5 and 5 6 of this Agreement to any business or enterprise which you may directly, directly or indirectly, indirectly own, manage, operate, finance, join, control or in which you may participate in the ownership, management, operation, financing, control or control ofcontrol, or with which you may be connected as an officer, director, employee, partner, principal, agent, representative, consultant or otherwise.

You agree that, if reasonably relevant, that you will provide, and that the Company may similarly provide in its discretion, a copy of the acknowledgments and covenants contained in Sections 2, 3, 4 and Section 5 of this Agreement and the covenants contained in the Confidentiality Agreement to any business or enterprise which you may directly, or indirectly, own, manage, operate, finance, join, control or in which you participate in the ownership, management, operation, financing, control or control ofcontrol, or with which you may be connected as an officer, director, employee, partner, principal, agent, representative, consultant or otherwise.

You agree that, if reasonably relevant, that you will provide, and that the Company may similarly provide in its discretion, a copy of the acknowledgments and covenants contained in Sections 24, 3, 4 5 and 5 6 of this Agreement to any business or enterprise which you may directly, or indirectly, own, manage, operate, finance, join, control or in which you participate in the ownership, management, operation, financing, control financing or control ofcontrol, or with which you may be connected as an officer, director, employee, partner, principal, agent, representative, consultant or otherwise.

You agree that, if reasonably relevant, that you will provide, and that the Company may similarly provide Company, in its discretion, may similarly provide, a copy of the acknowledgments and covenants contained in Sections 21, 3, 4 2 and 5 3 of this Agreement to any business or enterprise which you may directly, directly or indirectly, indirectly own, manage, operate, finance, join, control or in which you may participate in the ownership, management, operation, financing, control or control ofcontrol, or with which you may be connected as an officer, director, employee, partner, principal, agent, representative, consultant or otherwise.

You agree that, if reasonably relevant, that you will provide, provide and that the Company may similarly provide in its discretion, a copy of the acknowledgments and covenants contained in Sections 2, 3, 4 and 5 Section 6 of this Agreement and the covenants contained in the Confidentiality Agreement to any business or enterprise which you may directly, or indirectly, own, manage, operate, finance, join, control or in which you participate in the ownership, management, operation, financing, control financing or control ofcontrol, or with which you may be connected as an officer, director, employee, partner, principal, agent, representative, consultant or otherwise.

You agree that, if reasonably relevant, that you will provide, and that ------------------------------- the Company may similarly provide in its discretion, a copy of the acknowledgments and covenants contained in Sections 2, 3, 4 and Section 5 of this Agreement to any business or enterprise which you may directlymay, directly or indirectly, own, manage, operate, finance, join, control or in which you participate in the ownershipownership (other than ownership of less than 5% of a publicly traded company), management, operation, financing, control or control ofcontrol, or with which you may be connected involved as an officer, director, employee, partner, principal, agent, representative, consultant or otherwise.

You agree that, if reasonably relevant, that you will provide, and that the Company may similarly provide in its discretion, a copy of the acknowledgments and covenants contained in Sections 2, 3, 4 1 and 5 2 of this Agreement to any business or enterprise which you may directly, or indirectly, own, manage, operate, finance, join, control or in which you participate in the ownership, management, operation, financing, control or control ofcontrol, or with which you may be connected as an officer, director, employee, partner, principal, agent, representative, consultant or otherwise.

Disclosure to Future Employers. You agree that, may provide if reasonably relevant, you will providenecessary, and that the Company may similarly provide in its discretion, a copy of the acknowledgments and covenants contained in Sections 2, 3, 4 and 5 of this Agreement to any business or enterprise which you or the Company, as applicable, may directly, or indirectly, own, manage, operate, finance, join, control or participate in the ownership, management, operation, financing, control or control of, or with which you or the Company, as applicable, may be connected have a relationship with as an officer, director, employee, partner, principal, agent, representative, consultant or otherwise.
