Common use of Disclosure to Future Employers Clause in Contracts

Disclosure to Future Employers. You agree that you will provide, and that the Company may similarly provide in its discretion, a copy of the covenants contained in Sections 1, 2 and 3 of this Agreement to any business or enterprise which you may directly, or indirectly, own, manage, operate, finance, join, control or in which you participate in the ownership, management, operation, financing, or control, or with which you may be connected as an officer, director, employee, partner, principal, agent, representative, consultant or otherwise.

Disclosure to Future Employers. You agree that you will provide, and that the Company may similarly provide in its discretion, a copy of the covenants contained in Sections 18, 2 9 and 3 10 of this Agreement to any business or enterprise which you may directly, or indirectly, own, manage, operate, finance, join, control or in which you participate in through the ownership, management, operation, financing, or control, or with which you may be connected as an officer, director, employee, partner, principal, agent, representative, consultant or otherwise.

Disclosure to Future Employers. You agree that you will provide, and that the Company may similarly provide Company, in its discretion, may similarly provide, a copy of the covenants contained in Sections 1The Employee Noncompetition, 2 Nondisclosure and 3 of this Inventions Agreement to any business or enterprise which you may directlymay, directly or indirectly, own, manage, operate, finance, join, control or in which you may participate in the ownership, management, operation, financing, or control, or with which you may be connected as an officer, director, employee, partner, principal, agent, representative, consultant or otherwise.

Disclosure to Future Employers. You agree that you will provide, and that the Company may similarly provide in its discretion, a copy of the covenants contained in Sections 110, 2 11 and 3 12 of this Agreement to any business or enterprise which you may directly, or indirectly, own, manage, operate, finance, join, control or in which you participate in the ownership, management, operation, financing, or control, or with which you may be connected as an officer, director, employee, partner, principal, agent, representative, consultant or otherwise.

You agree that you will provide, and that the Company may similarly provide Company, in its discretion, may similarly provide, a copy of the covenants contained in Sections 1The Employee Noncompetition, 2 Confidentiality and 3 of this Inventions Agreement to any business or enterprise which you may directlymay, directly or indirectly, own, manage, operate, finance, join, control or in which you may participate in the ownership, management, operation, financing, or control, or with which you may be connected as an officer, director, employee, partner, principal, agent, representative, consultant or otherwise.
