Common use of Disclosure to Future Employers Clause in Contracts

Disclosure to Future Employers. Service Provider agrees to provide, and the Company, in its discretion, may provide, a copy of this Agreement to any business or enterprise which Service Provider may directly or indirectly own, manage, operate, finance, join, control or in which Service Provider may participate in the ownership, management, operation, financing, or control, or with which Service Provider may be connected as an officer, director, employee, partner, principal, agent, representative, consultant or otherwise.
