Common use of Disclosure to Lender Clause in Contracts

Disclosure to Lender. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Article 19, Confidential Information may be disclosed by Seller to any potential Lender or any of its agents, consultants or trustees so long as the Person to whom Confidential Information is disclosed agrees in writing to be bound by the confidentiality provisions of this Article 20 to the same extent as if it were a Party.
