DISCLOSURE TO REPORT LOBBYING. When applicable, pursuant to 31 U.S.C.A. §1352 (2003), if at any time during the contract term funding to Contractor exceeds $100,000.00, Contractor shall file with the County the Federal Standard Form LLL titled “Disclosure Form to Report Lobbying” as detailed in Appendix “H”.
