Common use of DISCLOSURE TO SUBLICENSEES Clause in Contracts

DISCLOSURE TO SUBLICENSEES. The Receiving Party has the right to disclose to its sublicensees permitted under a Transaction Agreement portions of Confidential Information as reasonably necessary in the exercise of the Receiving Party's sublicense rights under such Transaction Agreement, subject to the sublicensee's agreement in writing to confidentiality and non-use terms at least as protective of the Disclosing Party as the provisions of this Agreement.

DISCLOSURE TO SUBLICENSEES. The Receiving Party has the right to disclose to its permitted sublicensees permitted under a Transaction Agreement portions of Confidential Information as reasonably necessary in the exercise of the Receiving Party's sublicense rights right to grant sublicenses that is expressly granted under such any Transaction Agreement, subject to the sublicensee's agreement in writing to confidentiality and non-use terms at least as protective of the Disclosing Party Party's Confidential Information as the provisions of this Agreement.

DISCLOSURE TO SUBLICENSEES. The Receiving Party has the right to disclose to its sublicensees permitted under a Transaction Agreement portions of Confidential Information as reasonably necessary in the exercise of the Receiving Party's ’s sublicense rights under such Transaction Agreement, subject to the sublicensee's ’s agreement in writing to confidentiality and non-use terms at least as protective of the Disclosing Party as the provisions of this Agreement.

DISCLOSURE TO SUBLICENSEES. The Receiving Party has the right to disclose to its sublicensees permitted under a Transaction an Ancillary Agreement such portions of Confidential Information as are reasonably necessary in the exercise of the Receiving Party's rights to sublicense rights under such Transaction Ancillary Agreement, subject to the sublicensee's agreement in writing to confidentiality and non-use terms at least as protective of the Disclosing Party as the provisions of this AgreementArticle VI.

DISCLOSURE TO SUBLICENSEES. The Receiving Party has the right to disclose to its sublicensees permitted under a Transaction Agreement portions any of the Disclosing Party's Confidential Information as reasonably necessary in the exercise that comprises a part of the Receiving Disclosing Party's intellectual property that the Receiving Party is expressly permitted to sublicense rights to its permitted licensees under such Transaction Agreement, subject to the sublicensee's agreement in writing to confidentiality and non-use terms at least as protective of the Disclosing Party as the provisions of this Agreement.

DISCLOSURE TO SUBLICENSEES. The Receiving Party has the right to disclose to its sublicensees permitted under a Transaction this Agreement portions of Confidential Information as reasonably necessary in the exercise of the Receiving Party's sublicense rights under such Transaction this Agreement, subject to the sublicensee's agreement in writing to confidentiality confidentiality, protection, and non-use terms at least as protective of the Disclosing Party as the provisions of this Agreement.

DISCLOSURE TO SUBLICENSEES. The Receiving Party receiving party has the right to disclose to its sublicensees permitted under a Transaction this Agreement portions of Confidential Information as reasonably necessary in the exercise of the Receiving Party's receiving party’s sublicense rights under such Transaction this Agreement, subject to the sublicensee's ’s agreement in writing to confidentiality and non-use terms at least as protective of the Disclosing Party disclosing party as the provisions of this AgreementArticle III.
