Common use of Disclosure to the Grantee Clause in Contracts

Disclosure to the Grantee. The Grantee expressly acknowledges and agrees that the Grantee has obtained Confidential Information during the course of the Grantee’s provision of services to one or more members of the Company Group and the parties acknowledge and agree that the Grantee will be provided with additional Confidential Information in the course of the Grantee’s provision of services to the Company Group.

Disclosure to the Grantee. The Grantee expressly acknowledges and agrees that the Grantee has obtained Confidential Information during the course of the Grantee’s provision of services to one or more members of the Company Group and the parties acknowledge and agree that the Grantee will be provided with additional Confidential Information in the course of the Grantee’s future provision of services to the Company Group.
