Common use of Disclosure Under Court Order Clause in Contracts

Disclosure Under Court Order. Notwithstanding the foregoing restrictions, the Firm may use and disclose any Default Specialist Confidential Information to the extent required by an order of any court or other governmental authority, but only after the Default Specialist has been so notified and has had the opportunity, if possible, to obtain reasonable protection for such information in connection with such disclosure. The Firm shall cooperate fully with the Default Specialist in connection with obtaining any protective order or other appropriate remedy.
