DISCLOSURE UPON TERMINATION Clause Samples

The 'Disclosure Upon Termination' clause requires parties to share certain information or documents when their agreement ends. Typically, this means that confidential materials, proprietary data, or records obtained during the relationship must be returned or disclosed to the appropriate party upon termination. For example, an employee leaving a company may need to provide all work-related files or access credentials back to the employer. This clause ensures that sensitive information is properly handled at the end of a contract, preventing misuse or retention of proprietary data and promoting a clear and secure conclusion to the business relationship.
