Disclosures and Objections. The Parties shall have 48 hours from the receipt of notice of the appointment of an arbitrator to request disclosures and shall have 48 hours from receipt of the notice of appointment of the arbitrator or the arbitrator’s last disclosure in which to assert an objection to the arbitrator’s appointment.
