DISCLOSURES BY CONSULTANT. 1. The Consultant shall reveal fully and in writing any financial or compensatory agreements which the Consultant has with any prospective contractor prior to the Town's publication of requests for proposals or comparable documents. 2. The Consultant hereby warrants that it has not employed or retained any company or person, other than a bona fide employee working solely for the Consultant, to solicit or secure this contract, and that the Consultant has not paid or agreed to pay any person, company, corporation, individual or firm other than a bona fide employee working solely for the Consultant any fee, commission, percentage, gift or any other consideration contingent upon or resulting from the award or making of this contract. 3. The Consultant shall comply with Executive Order No. 11246 entitled "Equal Opportunity Employment" as amended by Executive Order no. 11375, and supplemented Department of Labor Regulations 41 CFR, Part 16.
