Common use of Disclosures by Licensee Clause in Contracts

Disclosures by Licensee. Licensee, through its employees or agents, may disclose Confidential Information to University. University may not disclose such Confidential Information to any party except University may disclose Confidential Information on a restricted basis to University’s employees and other agents solely for the limited purpose permitted under this Agreement.
