Disclosures Required By Law or a Governmental Authority. If Special Agent is required to disclose Confidential Information in response to legal process or a governmental authority, Special Agent shall immediately notify and, upon request, cooperate with Company in connection with obtaining a protective order. Special Agent shall furnish only that portion of the Confidential Information which it is legally required to disclose and shall use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that Confidential Information is treated confidentially.
