DISCONNECTION OR RESTRICTION OF SERVICES. 10.1. Disconnection or restriction of supply for non-payment If your premises are non-residential premises and you fail to pay your account by the due date and have failed to make alternative arrangements for payment, we may disconnect or restrict the supply of water to your property in accordance with clause 10.2 (Notice of disconnection or restriction of supply of water for non-residential premises) and 10.7 (Restoration of supply after restriction or disconnection). We will not take action to restrict the supply of water to your property, until we have provided you with notices under clause 10.2 (Notice of disconnection or restriction of supply of water for non-residential premises).
