DISCONTINUANCE OF CONTRIBUTIONS UNDER THIS CONTRACT. Contributions under this contract will be discontinued with respect to all Participants: (a) at any time after receipt by Prudential of notice thereof from the Contract-Holder, (b) as of a date at least 90 days after notice to the Contract-Holder by Prudential that no further contributions will be accepted hereunder. After discontinuance the contract will continue to operate in accordance with its terms with respect to Participants' Accounts.
