Common use of Discontinuance of disablement Clause in Contracts

Discontinuance of disablement. If the total disablement no longer exists upon the certificate of the Medical Officer appointed by the Company, all payments shall cease and the cover shall be revalidated subject to the following: -Cover A : The cover shown in the (T.B. and C.) shall be reduced by the amounts already credited to the regular Investment Account. -Regular payment(s) B, C and D: The amounts and period of cover as shown in the (T.B. and C.) for each insurance year remain unaltered.
