Discontinuance of Issuance of Certificates. The Board may at any time discontinue the issuance of certificates representing Interests and may, by written notice to each Investor, require the surrender of Interest certificates to the Fund for cancellation. Such surrender and cancellation shall not affect the ownership of Interests in the Fund.
