Discontinuance of Proceedings on Default; Position of Parties Restored. In case the Trustee shall have proceeded to enforce any right under this Indenture and such proceedings shall have been discontinued or abandoned for any reason, or shall have been determined adversely to the Trustee, then and in every such case the Lessor, the City and County, the Trustee and the Registered Owners shall be restored to their former positions and rights hereunder with respect to the Trust Estate, and all rights, remedies, and powers of the Trustee shall continue as if no such proceeding had been taken.
