DISCONTINUANCES. 32.1 The term discontinuance as used in the Agreement means the termination in accordance with retrenchment procedures of an individual's service on dates other than those provided in Articles 9, 10 and 13 of the Agreement and through procedures other than those normally utilized in academic and administrative appointments, reappointments and non-reappointments.
