Discontinuation of Research Targets. (a) Subject as provided in Section 4.4, a Research Target may become a Discontinued Target under the Transaction Agreements as follows (as well as otherwise expressly provided in any of the Transaction Agreements, including Section 2.2(c) of the A&R Services & Collaboration Agreement), with the consequences set forth in Section 3.4 and elsewhere in the Transaction Agreements:
