Common use of Discontinued Items Clause in Contracts

Discontinued Items. All changes to the price list must be submitted 30 days prior to taking effect. Discontinued items must be marked on the OETC Pricing Template and submitted to xxxx@xxxx.xxx to be removed from the contract. If an OETC member purchases a product that is no longer available, but was not designated so by the Contractor, it will be the responsibility of the Contractor to ship an equivalent or better product at the price of the purchased, discontinued product.
