Common use of Discount Option Receivables Clause in Contracts

Discount Option Receivables. (a) The Transferor agrees that a specified percentage (the "Discount Percentage") of the Receivables in the Accounts shall be treated as Discount Option Receivables in accordance with the provisions of this Section 2.8. The Discount Percentage shall not apply to Finance Charges, cash advance fees, annual fees, late charges, overlimit charges, returned check charges or any other fees and charges on the Accounts (other than Insurance Charges) or to Receivables in Defaulted Accounts. The Discount Percentage may be fixed or variable.
