Discount; Payments and Computations, Etc. (a) Discount shall accrue for each Receivable Interest for each day occurring during the Tranche Period for such Receivable Interest. On the last day of each Tranche Period the Seller shall pay to the Agent an amount equal to the accrued and unpaid Discount for such Tranche Period.
