Common use of Discount Rates Clause in Contracts

Discount Rates. 1.1 The discount rates applied to <<customer_name>> purchases of BellSouth Telecommunications Services for the purpose of resale shall be as set forth in Exhibit E. Such discounts have been determined by the applicable Commission to reflect the costs avoided by BellSouth when selling a service for wholesale purposes. 1.2 The telecommunications services available for purchase by <<customer_name>> for the purposes of resale to <<customer_name>>’s End Users shall be available at BellSouth’s tariffed rates less the discount set forth in Exhibit E to this Agreement and subject to the exclusions and limitations set forth in Exhibit A to this Agreement.

Such discounts have been determined by the applicable Commission to reflect the costs avoided by BellSouth when selling a service for wholesale purposes. 1.2 The telecommunications services available for purchase by <<customer_name>> Broadwing Local Services Inc. for the purposes of resale to <<customer_name>>Broadwing Local Services Inc.’s End Users shall be available at BellSouth’s tariffed rates less the discount set forth in Exhibit E to this Agreement and subject to the exclusions and limitations set forth in Exhibit A to this Agreement.

Such discounts have been determined by the applicable Commission to reflect the costs avoided by BellSouth when selling a service for wholesale purposes. 1.2 The telecommunications services available for purchase by <<customer_name>> Rent-A-Line for the purposes of resale to <<customer_name>>Rent-A-Line’s End Users shall be available at BellSouth’s tariffed rates less the discount set forth in Exhibit E to this Agreement and subject to the exclusions and limitations set forth in Exhibit A to this Agreement.

Such discounts have been determined by the applicable Commission to reflect the costs avoided by BellSouth when selling a service for wholesale purposes. 1.2 The telecommunications services available for purchase by <<customer_name>> Flatel, Inc. for the purposes of resale to <<customer_name>>Flatel, Inc.’s End Users shall be available at BellSouth’s tariffed rates less the discount set forth in Exhibit E to this Agreement and subject to the exclusions and limitations set forth in Exhibit A to this Agreement.

Such discounts have been determined by the applicable Commission to reflect the costs avoided by BellSouth when selling a service for wholesale purposes. 1.2 The telecommunications services available for purchase by <<customer_name>> A Plus Connect, LLC for the purposes of resale to <<customer_name>>A Plus Connect, LLC’s End Users shall be available at BellSouth’s tariffed rates less the discount set forth in Exhibit E to this Agreement and subject to the exclusions and limitations set forth in Exhibit A to this Agreement.

Such discounts have been determined by the applicable Commission to reflect the costs avoided by BellSouth when selling a service for wholesale purposes. 1.2 The telecommunications services available for purchase by <<customer_name>> D-Tel, Inc. for the purposes of resale to <<customer_name>>D-Tel, Inc.’s End Users shall be available at BellSouth’s tariffed rates less the discount set forth in Exhibit E to this Agreement and subject to the exclusions and limitations set forth in Exhibit A to this Agreement.

Such discounts have been determined by the applicable Commission to reflect the costs avoided by BellSouth when selling a service for wholesale purposes. 1.2 The telecommunications services available for purchase by <<customer_name>> AirCover Network Solutions, Inc. for the purposes of resale to <<customer_name>>AirCover Network Solutions, Inc.’s End Users shall be available at BellSouth’s tariffed rates less the discount set forth in Exhibit E to this Agreement and subject to the exclusions and limitations set forth in Exhibit A to this Agreement.
