Common use of Discount Rates Clause in Contracts

Discount Rates. 1.1 The discounts rates applied to Covad’s purchases of AT&T Telecommunications Services for the purpose of resale shall be as set forth in Exhibit D. Such discounts have been determined by the applicable Commission to reflect the costs avoided by AT&T when selling a service for wholesale purposes. 1.2 The telecommunications services available for purchase by Covad for the purposes of resale to Covad’s End Users shall be available at AT&T’s tariffed rates less the discount set forth in Exhibit D and subject to the exclusions and limitations set forth in Exhibit A.

Such discounts have been determined by the applicable Commission to reflect the costs avoided by AT&T when selling a service for wholesale purposes. 1.2 The telecommunications services Telecommunications Services available for purchase by Covad Global Connection for the purposes of resale to CovadGlobal Connection’s End Users customers shall be available at AT&T’s tariffed rates less the discount set forth reflected in Exhibit D and subject to the exclusions and limitations set forth in Exhibit A.

Such discounts have been determined by the applicable Commission to reflect the costs avoided cossatvoided by AT&T when selling whenselling a service for wholesale purposes. 1.2 The telecommunications services Telecommunications Services available for purchase by Covad AIN/Birch for the purposes of resale to CovadAIN/Birch’s End Users customers shall be available at AT&T’s tariffed rates less the discount set forth reflected in Exhibit D and subject to the exclusions and limitations set forth in Exhibit A.

Such discounts have been determined by the applicable Commission to reflect the costs avoided by AT&T when selling a service for wholesale purposes. 1.2 The telecommunications services available for purchase by Covad BHN for the purposes of resale to CovadBHN’s End Users shall be available at AT&T’s tariffed rates less the discount set forth in Exhibit D E to this Agreement and subject to the exclusions and limitations set forth in Exhibit A.A to this Agreement.

Such discounts have been determined by the applicable Commission to reflect the costs avoided by AT&T when selling a service for wholesale purposes. 1.2 The telecommunications services Telecommunications Services available for purchase by Covad Talk for Less for the purposes of resale to CovadTalk for Less’s End Users customers shall be available at AT&T’s tariffed rates less the discount set forth reflected in Exhibit D and subject to the exclusions and limitations set forth in Exhibit A.
