DISCOUNT STRUCTURE. A. Contractor will provide a 1% discount when annual sales volume exceeds $100,000, 2% when annual sales volume exceeds $200,000 and 3% when annual sales volume exceeds $500,000.
B. Invoice payment discount: Contractor payment terms are 1%, 10 days, net 30; therefore, a discount of 1% will apply if the invoice payment is received within 10 days of the invoice date.

DISCOUNT STRUCTURE. Effective as of March 1, 2013, Hostway agrees to apply the following rates of discount to the monthly fee for each server provisioned to Wix’s account: Server Online Date Discount 0 Years [*** ] 1 Year [*** ] 2 Years [*** ] 3 Years [*** ] The discount structure described above applies to current, active servers as well as any new servers that may be provisioned following the effective date of this Addendum. For the purposes of this discount structure, the “Server Online Date” shall mean the age of a server calculated from the date on which that particular server was provisioned to Wix, and it does not reflect the physical age of the server. Hostway shall review Wix’s account on a biannual basis on January 1 and July 1 (each a “Review Date”) to determine the ages of the servers provisioned to Wix. If a server has passed its anniversary date by the Review Date, then Hostway shall adjust that server’s monthly fee to reflect the relevant discount described above. The discounts determined hereunder shall be applied from the following month’s invoice.

In addition, designating DULERA as the exclusive fixed dose inhaled corticosteroid combination product on formulary means that the Participant will: • List DULERA as the exclusive fixed dose inhaled corticosteroid combination product on formulary for all approved indications on all communications regarding fixed dose inhaled corticosteroid combination products to the Participant’s physicians, pharmacists, and other appropriate parties; and • Not prefer, either directly or indirectly, any of the competing fixed dose inhaled corticosteroid combination products in the “Fixed Dose Inhaled Corticosteroid Combination Competitive Products” market basket below over DULERA for use in its approved indications except for reasons of individual patient medical appropriateness (for clarity, Participant may have other fixed dose inhaled corticosteroids on formulary for (1) patients diagnosed with COPD by a prescriber, (2) patients under the age of 12, and

DISCOUNT STRUCTURE. In order to qualify as a Master Distributor, Beijing Boom must place an order for **** systems that are to be delivered to Beijing Boom within 12 months as outlined below. The intent of both companies is to sell more than this initial **** order in a 12 month period commencing August 31, 2003. As an incentive for Beijing Boom to sell more Product, SmarTire will offer an additional ****% discount on any Product quantities over **** units. To qualify for this additional discount, the initial order of **** Products must have been delivered from SmarTire.
