Discoveries and Works. Discoveries and Works. The Employee understands and agrees that any and all Confidential Information (as hereinafter defined) of the Company which he has access to, uses or creates during his employment with the Company is and shall at all times remain the sole and exclusive property of the Company, and the Employee further agrees to assign to the Company any right, title or interest he may have in such Confidential Information to the Company.
