Discovery of Adverse Error, Misstatement or Omission. The Purchaser shall not have discovered any material adverse error, misstatement or omission in information relating to the Company included either herein or in any certificate or document delivered to Purchaser pursuant hereto or in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby including, without limitation, any material adverse error, misstatement or omission in the representations and warranties made by the Seller or the Company in or pursuant to this Agreement.
