DISCREPANCIES AND AMBIGUITIES. 1.20.1 Discrepancies between drawings and specifications, omissions, doubt as to meaning and other questions should be brought to the attention of the county or engineer not less than seven (7) days prior to bid opening and they will be answered by addendum addressed to all prime bidders of record.
