Discretion as to Security. Mortgagee may resort to any security given by this Mortgage or to any guaranty of the obligations secured hereby, in whole or in part, and in such portions and in such order as may seem best to Mortgagee in its sole and uncontrolled discretion, and any such action shall not in any way be considered as a waiver of any of the rights, benefits, liens or security interests evidenced by this Mortgage.
Discretion as to Security. Holder, on behalf of itself and Lenders, may resort to any security given by this Deed of Trust or to any other security now existing or hereafter given to secure the payment of the Secured Indebtedness, in whole or in part, and in such portions and in such order as may seem best to Holder in its sole and uncontrolled discretion, and any such action shall not in anywise be considered as a waiver of any of the rights, benefits, liens or security interests evidenced by this Deed of Trust.

Agent may resort to any security given by this Mortgage or to any other security now existing or hereafter given to secure the payment of the secured indebtedness, in whole or in part, and in such portions and in such order as may seem best to Agent in its sole and uncontrolled discretion, and any such action shall not in any way be considered as a waiver of any of the rights, benefits, liens or security interests evidenced by this Mortgage.

In exercising its rights and remedies, Lender shall be free to sell all or any part of the Trust Property together or separately, in one sale or by separate sales, and to execute and deliver to the purchasers of the Trust Property bills of sale and deeds of conveyance pursuant to law. Lender may resort to any security given by this Deed of Trust or to any other security now existing or hereafter given to secure the payment of the secured Indebtedness, in whole or in part, and in such portions and in such order as may seem best to Lender in its sole and uncontrolled discretion, and any such action shall not in anywise be considered as a waiver of any of the rights, benefits, liens or security interests evidenced by this Deed of Trust.

Administrative Agent may resort to any security given by this Mortgage or to any other security now existing or hereafter given to secure the payment of the Secured Indebtedness, in whole or in part, and in such portions and in such order as may seem best to Administrative Agent in its sole and uncontrolled discretion, and any such action shall not in anywise be considered as a waiver of any of the rights, benefits, liens or security interests evidenced by this Mortgage.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, Lender may resort to any security given by this Mortgage or to any other security now existing or hereafter given to secure the payment of the secured indebtedness, in whole or in part, and in such portions and in such order as may seem best to Lender in its sole and uncontrolled discretion, and any such action shall not in any way be considered as a waiver of any of the rights, benefits, liens or security interests evidenced by this Mortgage.

Collateral Agent may resort to any security given by this Mortgage or to any other security now existing or hereafter given to secure the payment of the secured indebtedness, in whole or in part, and in such portions and in such order as may seem best to Collateral Agent in its sole and uncontrolled discretion, and any such action shall not in any way be considered as a waiver of any of the rights, benefits, liens or security interests evidenced by this Mortgage.
Discretion as to Security. Mortgagee and Trustee may resort to any security given by this Deed of Trust or to any other security now existing or hereafter given to secure the payment of the Secured Obligations, in whole or in part, and in such portions and in such order as may seem best to Mortgagee in its discretion, and any such action (or any delay in taking or decision not to take such action) shall not in any way be considered as a waiver of any of the rights, benefits, liens or security interests created or evidenced by this Deed of Trust.
Discretion as to Security. The Indenture Trustee, at the instruction of a Majority in Interest of the Secured Note Holders given pursuant to Section 10.02 hereof, may resort to any security given by this Indenture or any other security now existing or hereafter given to secure the payment of the indebtedness secured hereby, in whole or in part, and in such portions and in such order as the Indenture Trustee has been so instructed, and any such action shall not in anyway be considered as a waiver of any of the rights, benefits, liens or security interests evidenced by this Indenture.
