Administrative Agent definition

Administrative Agent as defined in the preamble hereto.

Administrative Agent means Bank of America in its capacity as administrative agent under any of the Loan Documents, or any successor administrative agent.

Administrative Agent means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., in its capacity as administrative agent for the Lenders hereunder.

Examples of Administrative Agent in a sentence

• A certificate as to the amount of such payment or liability delivered to any Lender by the Administrative Agent shall be conclusive absent manifest error.

• A notice of the Administrative Agent to any Payment Recipient under this clause (a) shall be conclusive, absent manifest error.

• Any amounts received after such time on any date may, in the discretion of the Administrative Agent, be deemed to have been received on the next succeeding Business Day for purposes of calculating interest thereon.

Administrative Agent has the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.

After any retiring Administrative Agent’s resignation as Administrative Agent, the provisions of this Section 9 shall inure to its benefit as to any actions taken or omitted to be taken by it while it was Administrative Agent under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
