Discretion in Enforcement of Priority Lien Obligations. (a) Without in any way limiting the generality of Section 2.3, the holders of First-Out Obligations on the one hand and the holders of First Lien Obligations, on the other hand, and their respective Priority Lien Obligations and the Priority Lien Representatives may, at any time and from time to time, do any one or more of the following, with respect to their respective Priority Liens and Priority Lien Obligations:
