Discretion in Exercise of Powers. To do any and all other acts which they shall deem proper to effectuate the powers specifically conferred upon them by this Trust Agreement, provided, however, that this section shall not authorize the Trustee to do any act or participate in any transaction which would: (a) Disqualify the Trust Fund from the application of Section 468A of the Code; (b) Contravene any provision of this Agreement; or (c) Violate the terms and conditions of the PSCW Order, any Future Order, or any other law, regulation, or ruling applicable to the Trust, the Settlor, or the Trustee.
