Common use of Discretion of Administrative Agent Clause in Contracts

Discretion of Administrative Agent. Any provision providing for the exercise of discretion of the Administrative Agent means that such discretion may be executed in the sole and absolute discretion of the Administrative Agent. In addition, for the avoidance of doubt, as further provided in the definition of “Administrative Agent” herein and notwithstanding any other provision in this Indenture to the contrary, any approvals, consents, votes or other rights exercisable by the Administrative Agent under this Indenture (other than any Indenture Supplement related to a specific Series) shall require the approval, consent, vote or other exercise of rights of each Person specified by name under the definition of “Administrative Agent” or in its stead its Affiliate or successor as noticed to the Indenture Trustee.
