Offshore Performance of Work Prohibited Due to security and identity protection concerns, all services under this Agreement shall be performed within the borders of the United States. All storage and processing of information shall be performed within the borders of the United States. This provision applies to work performed by the Subrecipient’s contractors and subcontractors at all tiers.

OWNER’S RIGHT TO PERFORM CONSTRUCTION AND TO AWARD SEPARATE CONTRACTS § 7.4.1 The Owner reserves the right to perform construction or operations related to the Project with the Owner’s own forces, and to award separate contracts in connection with other portions of the Project.
Completion of Negotiations 14.1 This Agreement represents complete collective bargaining and full agreement by the District and the Federation with respect to wages, hours of employment, and all other terms and conditions of employment which shall prevail during the term or terms hereof. This Agreement expresses the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all previous agreements between them, written or oral. Supervision of Work The TSP shall provide all necessary superintendence for execution of the Project and its supervisory personnel shall be available to provide full-time superintendence for execution of the Project. TERMS OF PROVISION OF SERVICES 2.1. The Contractor performs work for the Customer at his own risk and personally. At the same time, the Contractor has the right, with the consent of the Customer, to involve other persons (subcontractors) in the performance of work, remaining responsible to the Customer for the result of their work. Involvement of other persons (subcontractors) in the performance of works must be carried out in full accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Completion of Concrete Pours and Emergency Work 24.14.1 Except as provided in this sub-clause an employee shall not work or be required to work in the rain.
Supervision of Students At least one teacher is to remain with the students after the close of any activity, practice session or game until the last student has left the premises. This rule applies whether the group is at the home school or field or is away.
Administration of Medication Employees required to administer or apply medication(s) prescribed by a qualified medical practitioner, will be trained at the Employer's expense. Employees who have not received this training will not be permitted to administer such substances.
