Common use of Discretion of the Bank to Grant or Deny Advances Clause in Contracts

Discretion of the Bank to Grant or Deny Advances. Nothing contained herein, in the Credit Policy, or in any other documents describing or setting forth the Bank’s credit program and credit policies shall be construed as an agreement or commitment on the part of the Bank to grant Advances or extend commitments for Advances hereunder or to enter into any other transaction, the right and power of the Bank, in its discretion to either grant or deny any Advance or commitment for an Advance requested hereunder, being expressly reserved. The determination by the Bank of Lendable Collateral Value shall not constitute a determination by the Bank that the Member may obtain Advances or commitments for Advances in amounts up to such Lendable Collateral Value.
