Discretion of the Servicer. With respect to any disputes between the Servicer and the Participant which arise concerning the terms and provisions of this Origination Agreement, the meaning thereof, or decisions to be made thereunder, the judgment of the Servicer shall govern (provided this Section shall not be applicable for a MCC stand-alone Program).
