Discretion on consent. In any case where, under or pursuant to this Agreement, the doing or execution of any act, matter or thing by the Borrower is dependent on the consent or approval of the Lender, such consent or approval may be given conditionally or unconditionally or may be withheld by the Lender in its absolute uncontrolled discretion, unless this Agreement expressly provides otherwise.
