Discretionary Alterations, Modifications and Additions. (i) Except as set forth in the preceding clause (a) or the following clause (ii), Lessee shall not make any alteration, modification or addition to the Aircraft or any Item of Equipment (including, but not limited to, galleys, lavatories, avionics or Engines) without the prior written consent of Lessor, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld and shall be deemed given in the absence of a response within ten (10) Business Days following Lessor’s receipt of Lessee’s written request.
