Discretionary Bonuses. During the term of this Agreement, the --------------------- Officer shall be entitled in an equitable manner with all other key management personnel of the Savings Bank, to such discretionary bonuses as may be authorized, declared and paid by the Directors to the Savings Bank's key management employees.
